Terms and Conditions:

1. Order three or more servers of the same type (see #2 below for limitation) and you qualify for a 30% discount on all three servers plus any additional servers you order. Order 20 or more servers of the same type and receive a 40% discount on all of your servers. Thus, if you have 3 active Basic Web Servers, you get a 30% discount on all three servers. If you have 1 active Corporate server account and 2 active Basic Web Servers you don't get a discount until you have 3 servers of any one type, then all servers receive the discount.
    

2. Due to the extremely low pricing of our Economy Servers they may NOT be used to meet the 3 or 20 server rule for reseller discounts. Once you have three servers of any type other than our Economy Servers then any discount will also be applied to our Economy Servers.
    

3. Resellers are responsible for billing their customers and providing support to their customers. Active-Server.com does not wish to come in direct contact with your customer.
    

4. Setup, co-location, additional disk space and all other fees are not discounted.
    

5. Pricing is based on total active servers of any one type.
    

6. Reseller discount cannot be combined with any other discount, such as the Multi-month (prepayment) discount or special offer unless specifically indicated otherwise.
